In pursuit of a career in venture capital, I studied finance at Duquesne University & took on a leadership role as President of the Asset Management Group.
Simultaneously, I was interning for a D.C. based government relations firm & valet parking cars to pay the bills.
It was here I learned the meaning of hard work & the value of the dollar.
I reached out to Max Hellerstein (now Forbes 30 Under 30) to show me the ropes of E-commerce.
He was winding down from several successful e-commerce ventures to raise VC & pursue viral 🍕delivery app Push For Pizza.
He helped me found multiple start-ups, including ShopGLD.
After launching just a year prior, my team & I crack the marketing code. Revenue grew 11,500% year-over-year.
Depicted above is jewelry collaborations ShopGLD has done with prominent tastemakers.
In 2016, ShopGLD which was acquired for a 7-figure valuation by Ryan Brant, co-founder of NASDAQ: TTWO.
I took a 3-month sabbatical to travel 🛩 & move to California. Soon after T Minus Studios is born.
I begin servicing start-ups, SMBs, & Fortune 1000 enterprises as a fractional CMO/marketing consultant.
At this point, I am only able to work with 3-5 companies at any given time but have aspirations of servicing thousands of businesses nationwide. Time to learn automation 🤓.
Our start-up was accepted into Y Combinator SUS (YC). YC is notable for funding Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Instacart, Reddit, and Coinbase. Startup School is designed to help founders through the earliest, most difficult challenges of starting a company.
We graduated in 2018 & were readmitted to the 2019 cohort.
With the help of YC SUS, we refine our product, making it more robust & scalable to effectively service more clients.
Our clients begin seeing serious returns: generating millions in revenue, raising millions in venture capital, & some buyinig yachts in the process.
