In his junior year of University, Justin founded a lifestyle company(www.shopgld.com) which was acquired by the co-founder of NASDAQ: TTWO. ShopGLD has more recently been acquired by H.I.G. Growth Partners(a leading global alternative investment firm with over $45 billion of equity capital under management). In 2016, Novak went on to found T Minus Studios. With a focus on helping bold companies with all marketing, digital presence, & customer acquisition. Novak is an integral part of his clients revenue growth & has helped multiple start-ups grow from from ground zero to the 7-8 figures in revenue, and enabled others to raise capital/exit at 9-figure valuations. After pitching Y Combinator and attending their start-up school, Novak transitioned the methodology into a productized service and took it to market to help tech companies scale their sales & marketing efforts.
